We maintain direct control of the manufacturing process and upstream supply chain. With on-site representation at all stages of procurement and fabrication ensuring strict adherence to our robust quality assurance framework and ensure the delivery of a high-quality and defect-free product.
Quality doesn’t happen by accident – we have worked closely with MBIE and Councils to create an off-shore building system that fully complies with New Zealand’s challenging building code and standards.
In addition the overlay provided by a global leader in third party independent quality assurance. This provides confidence that every module has been tested to the same rigorous standards as any New Zealand built home prior to leaving the factory.
